The annual b2b Employer Branding Awards recognized businesses and individuals for achievements in the field of building and strengthening the image and popularity of the Employer Brand. In the fifth edition of the b2b Employer Branding Awards 2022, companies, projects, and entrepreneurs competed in over 20 different categories with their achievements and campaigns, and an established jury of professionals in various fields selected and awarded the proven best entrepreneurs, the most innovative companies, the most sustainable employer branding programs.
Once again the Talent Hunter and Center Stars teams won honors in one of the most prestigious business nominations of the year. In an uphill battle with numerous companies, international corporations, telecoms, banks, and others, Talent Hunter and Center Stars excelled with their innovation and creativity.
The already implemented project of a complete redesign of the head office of Talent Hunter – IT&Telecom Recruitment – the work of Arch. Svetoslav Genchev /Architecture & Design Studio Populart/ in collaboration with the Talent Hunter team was highly awarded for its innovation and its functional and aesthetic merits. The main goal of the office space redesign project was to achieve a balance between aesthetics and functionality through the prism of the specific requirements of the IT recruitment profession and the employee’s sense of personal and professional comfort. The project features elements of the natural environment, lots of greenery, and elegant noise-absorbing panels, skillfully combined with corporate symbols and elements. The construction of modernly furnished mini glass rooms for independent work and for conducting remote video interviews, naturally integrated into the design of the work environment, was also planned. Spaces for work meetings and collaboration between teams, as well as spaces for full relaxation in a natural environment, were also planned. The project was received with extreme enthusiasm by the employees, who saw some of their ideas implemented, and as a result, increased efficiency in the performance of their professional commitments, reduced stress levels, and an overall positive attitude towards the return to work mode in the completely renewed were reported. office environment.
The Center Stars – Language Recruitment team, in turn, captured the jury’s attention with the project of implementing an innovative system of creative thinking to improve organizational performance. Center Stars is the first consulting company, closely specialized in language selection, which uses globally innovative work methods based on experiences and emotions and refracted through the prism of cultural specifics. Language selection is an activity that requires the development of quick and non-standard creative solutions, facing different multinational cultures. Realizing the need for creative ideas and solutions, Center Stars successfully introduced a specially developed system to stimulate creative thinking, in the current year 2022. has already registered excellent results in terms of the individual and collective performance of the cohabitants.
