Talent Group beat over 80 Bulgarian and international companies participating with a total of 340 applications and became a three-time gold finalist in the “Recruitment Agency” category in the leading awards for the best employer Career Show Awards 2021, and its brands Talent Hunter – IT&Telecom Recruitment and Center Stars – Language Recruitment are finalists for the second consecutive year in the categories – Recruitment Agency – IT Staffing and Recruitment Agency – Foreign Languages respectively. This year, Sales Scout – Sales&Marketing Recruitment recorded its first entry and immediately became the leader in the “Recruitment Agency – Headhunting” category.
All this would not have been possible without the “Innovative Selection Strategy”, thanks to which 2021 Talent Group won a silver award in the same category in two prestigious competitions – B2B Awards 2021 in July this year and Career Show Awards 2021 in September this year.
